After staying at the hotel for 9 nights, I found the rooms to be quiet, spacious, very clean, and with a strong flow in the shower. The WiFi connection was solid. The service at Marbella could have been more proactive in providing information although they were kind enough to offer me a room on a lower level. The location was good, quite central with easy access to public transportation and convenience stores nearby. The dining experience at the restaurant was okay but could use an upgrade for better standards. Overall, my stay was comfortable and peaceful.

Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The location was fantastic, close to convenience stores, malls, and restaurants in the lively Condesa-Roma neighborhood. My stay was all in all ok at this 4-star hotel with a great view over the city. The rooms were spotless on arrival, but by the second night, it felt like the cleaning staff was cutting corners as I noticed a few black hairs still visible on the white ceramic floor.
